Chicken in orange-chili sauce - Snežana Kitanović
- 1 large piece of chicken breast
- juice of 2 oranges (120-150ml)
- teaspoon ½ grated orange peel
- 1,5 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 spoons of honey
- 1 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of finely chopped garlic
- 1 spoons of density

- salt (oil)
- Cut the chicken into cubes, salt and fry in oil.
- Remove the chicken from the pan.
- Add orange juice and peel, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic and chili to the pan.
- Let it boil.
- Dissolve the mixture with one tablespoon of water, then add it to the sauce, return the chicken and boil everything for a short time (3-4 minutes).
- Serve with basmati rice or fusilli macaroni.
