Chicken in tomatoes

Wash the cleaned chicken and cut it into pieces, put it in a pot, cover it with cold water and put it on the stove to cook.

At the same time, put on the stove and a pot with 1 kilogram of washed and cut tomatoes, poured with a little water. Put 2 heads of cleaned black onion, 1 onion, salt, celery leaves and parsley into the tomatoes and leave the tomatoes to marinate. When it is completely cooked, remove it from the stove, put it on a sieve and when it cools down a bit, strain it and then leave it aside.

During this time, the chicken must be soft. Put a big spoonful of fat, 2 big spoonfuls of flour in a pan and when the flour is fried well, pour the strained tomatoes over it. Add more soup in which the chicken was cooked.

Half an hour before lunch, take the chicken out of the pot and put it in the tomatoes. Leave the dish to simmer a little longer, but make sure that the sauce does not boil suddenly, so that if the chicken is very young, it would not fall apart.
