Chicken in a tuxedo - Ivana Pešić
- 400 g of chicken white meat

- Cut the meat into cubes, season, cover with milk and leave to stand for 60 minutes.
- During this time, mix the sour cream with the eggs, add the flour, mix everything well and combine with the prepared meat.
- Coat the venison loin mold with margarine, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cover with bacon leaves
- so that one part protrudes over. Pour the mixture with the chicken.
- Arrange the sorghum cut into sticks over the mixture and cover with the ends of the bacon. Sprinkle with a little grated cheese and bake for 40 minutes at 170 degrees.
- When baked, invert the mold, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for a few minutes in the oven.
