Pyramid with banana cream - Suzana Mitić
- 125 g of margarine
- 125 g of powdered sugar
- 250 g of ground biscuits
- 2 spoons of cocoa
- 70 g of ground hazelnuts
- 1 dl carbonated juice for soaking
- 70 g of ground hazelnuts
- 6 cream bananas
- Beat the margarine with a mixer, then add the powdered sugar. Soak the ground biscuits in carbonated juice and add to the previous mixture. Add cocoa and hazelnut.
- Pour the mixture onto the cellophane, which we have coated with a spoonful of oil, and spread it with your hands.
- Make a pyramid from that mass together with cellophane
- Leave the cake to dry for 3 hours. Remove the cellophane and sprinkle with ground hazelnuts.
