Pyramid with banana cream - Suzana Mitić

  • 125 g of margarine
  • 125 g of powdered sugar
  • 250 g of ground biscuits
  • 2 spoons of cocoa
  • 70 g of ground hazelnuts
  • 1 dl carbonated juice for soaking
  • 70 g of ground hazelnuts
  • 6 cream bananas
  1. Beat the margarine with a mixer, then add the powdered sugar. Soak the ground biscuits in carbonated juice and add to the previous mixture. Add cocoa and hazelnut.
  2. Pour the mixture onto the cellophane, which we have coated with a spoonful of oil, and spread it with your hands.
  3. Make a pyramid from that mass together with cellophane
  4. Leave the cake to dry for 3 hours. Remove the cellophane and sprinkle with ground hazelnuts.
