Brussel sprouts - do you like sprouts? Sometimes they can be bitter, but that is only if it is not picked in time or if it has been picked for a long time. Some types of lettuce also have this problem.

- Clean, wash and cut the cabbage in half.
- Pour into the container in which you will cook them.
- Water only enough to soak the brussels sprouts in it.
- You don't need to pour a lot of water, so that you can use all the water when making the puree. Salt, pepper, put spices according to your wish. I put onion and garlic powder.
- When the Brussels sprouts are cooked in a blender, mix them with the water they were cooked in and add a little oil and chopped green leaves.
