Piroška from the oven.

Baked piroshki, ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g of young unsalted cheese
  • 1 glass of sour milk
  • 1 cup of oil
  • half a glass of cold water
  • half a glass of cold milk
  • cube of fresh yeast
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1,200 to 1,300 g flour type 400 soft

Note: the amount of flour varies depending on the size of the eggs. The measurements are 200 ml glasses.

Piroška from the oven, preparation:

  • Pour half of the flour into a larger bowl. Make an indentation. Add mashed cheese, sour milk, milk, water, oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, baking powder and crumbled yeast. Knead a fine, smooth dough that does not stick to your hands with the addition of the remaining flour.
  • Put the dough in a bowl, cover it and let it rest in the fridge for a few hours. It can stay overnight.
  • Roll out the dough thinly, then cut into sticks 10 cm long.
  • Arrange in a pan on parchment paper.
  • Bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Pleasant.
