Buckwheat pie - I love buckwheat crusts and whenever I find them I try a new recipe. This time I had very good, even thin, crusts - and the pie met all expectations.

  • 1 kg of buckwheat husks
  • 2 pieces of eggs
  • 200 ml of yogurt
  • 200 ml of oil
  • 200 g of cheese
  • 1 spoon of cream
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 100 ml of sour water
  1. Beat the eggs, add all the other ingredients and mix well to combine.
  2. Arrange the crusts in a greased tray, cover each one with the filling and so on until you use up all the material.
  3. Bake the pie in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
  4. Cool it, cut it and serve it with a sour-milk product.
