Potato and cheese pie - grated potatoes, margarine, cheese all make the pie delicious and unusual.
- 600 years potatoes
- 200 years cheese (grated)
- 4 dl. milk
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 1 piece of onion
- 60 years margarine
- so
- basil
- Origan
- paprika powder
- Peel and grate the potatoes.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Beat the eggs and melt the margarine over low heat.
- In a large bowl, mix potatoes, milk, eggs, cheese, onion, margarine and spices to taste. Mix well to get a uniform mixture. Pour the mixture into a bowl greased with margarine and cover it with aluminum foil.
- Put it to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about an hour, then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
