Corn husk pie with nettle - Snežana Kitanović
- 1/2 kg. corn husks for pie
- 4 eggs
- a cup of yogurt
- 300 gr. of cheese
- 3 cloves of young garlic
- half a cup of oil
- tops of young nettles
- Put nettles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, drain, drain and finely chop.
- Beat the mixture of eggs, cheese and yogurt, add nettle, chopped garlic and fill the crusts with it as follows.
- Cut the corn husks in half due to their thickness.
- Spray each half with a little oil, fold in half and apply the filling.
- Fold it alternately into a triangle along its entire length, then arrange it in a tray.
- Coat the triangles with beaten egg yolk and bake for 20-25 minutes. at 200C.
