  • 1/2 kg. corn husks for pie
  • 4 eggs
  • a cup of yogurt
  • 300 gr. of cheese
  • 3 cloves of young garlic
  • half a cup of oil
  • tops of young nettles
  1. Put nettles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, drain, drain and finely chop.
  2. Beat the mixture of eggs, cheese and yogurt, add nettle, chopped garlic and fill the crusts with it as follows.
  3. Cut the corn husks in half due to their thickness.
  4. Spray each half with a little oil, fold in half and apply the filling.
  5. Fold it alternately into a triangle along its entire length, then arrange it in a tray.
  6. Coat the triangles with beaten egg yolk and bake for 20-25 minutes. at 200C.
