A little pie of everything - Jelica Podraščanin - Recipes and Cookbook online

He eats a little bit of everything.

A bit of everything pie, ingredients:

You need for the dough:

  • 2 dl of lukewarm water,
  • half a bag of dry yeast,
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar,
  • 300 g of flour and a little more,
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

For the filling:

  • 200 g of small cheese,
  • a little salt
  • 1 egg,
  • 100 g of salami or dry sausages,
  • 6 spoons of hunting salad.

He asks a little bit of everything, prepares:

  • Place lukewarm water, sugar and dry yeast in a bowl. When the yeast started to work, add flour and salt and knead the dough. Put it on a work surface sprinkled with flour and divide it into three parts and knead them a little more and let them rise.
  • During this time, prepare the filling by mixing the cheese, egg and salt to taste, and cut the salami or sausage into smaller pieces.
  • Roll out one part of the risen dough with a rolling pin for a round pan and place it in a pan that has been greased or lined with baking paper.
  • Half of the cheese, salami or sausage filling and hunter's salad are placed over the first crust.
  • Do the same with the second part of the dough and filling as with the first part.
  • Separate the third part of the dough and place it over the filling.
  • Spread the top crust with fat and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown for about 30 minutes.
