Pie with Swiss chard and zucchini.
Pie with chard and zucchini, ingredients:
- 1 large zucchini,
- 2 dl sour cream,
- 400 g of small cheese,
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of oil,
- 2 haha,
- 6 tablespoons of flour i
- 10 leaves of Swiss chard.
Pie with Swiss chard, preparation:
- Peel and grate the zucchini, add salt and let it rest for a while.
- Chop the chard, then add all the other ingredients, mix well, grease the pan.
- Pour the mixture and bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees for about half an hour.
I didn't add baking powder, it turned out great.
For four people, preparation time 45 minutes.
