Pie with peaches - Verica Poznanović - Verica Poznanović

Peach pie.

Pie with peaches, ingredients:

  • 250 g of flour,
  • 25 g of fresh yeast or one sachet of dry yeast,
  • 1 dl milk,
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar,
  • 50 ml of oil,
  • 1 egg,
  • a little salt and
  • 250 g of peaches.

For sprinkling:

  • 75 g of flour,
  • 75 g of margarine and
  • 50 g of sugar.

Pie with peaches, preparation:

  • Add two teaspoons of sugar and yeast to the lukewarm milk.
  • When the yeast rises, add the flour that you salted before.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients for the dough and knead it well. Do not put all the flour at once, but add it gradually because the dough should not be too hard and not too soft.
  • Leave in a warm place until the dough doubles in size.
  • Prepare the crumbly mixture for sprinkling by rubbing all the ingredients provided for this between the palms of your hands until the mass turns into larger crumbs.
  • Grease the baking tray, put the dough on it, arrange the cleaned peach halves on top of the dough and sprinkle with the crumbly dough.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for about half an hour until the pie is nicely browned. Serve the pie with vanilla ice cream.
