  • 1 package of pie crust
  • 250-300 grams of crackling
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 slice of hard white cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup of sour water
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • salt to taste.
  1. Grind or finely chop the cracklings. Then mix them with chopped cheese, eggs, sour cream, baking powder and make a filling. Salt the resulting filling to taste. Divide the crusts so that we have four for each roll. Mix oil and sour water, then coat the first crust with this mixture. Stack the peels in order and coat each one with a mixture of oil and sour water. Coat the fourth crust with this mixture, then spread the prepared filling over it.
  2. Wrap it in a roll, then place it in a greased tray or pan. Repeat the procedure with the remaining peels, until all the material is used. Coat the surface of the stacked rolls with a mixture of oil and sour water. Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven heated to 200 degrees.
