Pie with quinces and apples.

  • 500 g pie crust
  • 350 g of apples (grated)
  • 350 g of quince (grated)
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g of wheat semolina (or ground plasma biscuit)
  • cinnamon (a little)
  • 50 ml of oil
  • 100 ml of sour water
  • powder sugar
  1. Clean, peel, measure and grate apples and quinces. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon and mix. Mix oil and water. Separate 3 crusts for one roll.
  2. Put two spoonfuls of the mixture of oil and sour water on the first crust, and spread it on the second one. Sprinkle the third crust with semolina (plasma), put 3-4 spoons of filling and then a little more semolina (plasma) on top.
  3. Roll up the rolls and place them in a tray greased with oil or lined with baking paper. Coat the rolls with a mixture of oil and sour water.

  4. Bake for about 20 minutes in an oven heated to 200C.

  5. Cut the cooled rolls and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Pleasant!
