Pie with Buckwheat Crust - a delicious pie made with buckwheat crusts that are slightly thicker than white flour crusts.

  • 500 grams of buckwheat husks
  • 3 eggs
  • 400 grams of cheese
  • 1 dl of sour water
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 0,5 cups of oil
  • coating oil
  1. Beat 3 eggs with 1 dl of sour water with a pressure cooker, add cheese and baking powder. Fill each crust separately with the resulting mixture and roll up the rolls. Since buckwheat crusts are thicker than plain flour crusts, it is necessary to spray each crust a little more with oil and acidic water. Coat them with oil before baking. Bake in a heated oven for 50 minutes. at 200C.
