Pie with apples and walnuts.

Pie with apples and walnuts, ingredients:

  • 500 g of ready-made pie crust
  • 15 large fresh apples
  • 3 vanilla sugar
  • 500 g of ground walnuts
  • 600 g of sugar
  • 200 ml of oil

Pie with apples and walnuts, preparation:

  • Clean and grate the apples and add 3 vanilla sugars. You don't need to wait for the apples to sit and release their juice, but make the pie right away.
  • Separate the skins for making rolls.
  • I had 16 crusts in the package, for 4 rolls of 4 crusts each.
  • Put the first crust sprinkled with 5 spoons of apples, then sprinkle 5 spoons of walnuts, 5 spoons of sugar and 2 spoons of oil. Put the second crust and repeat the process. Likewise for the third and fourth crust. Wrap in a roll. Arrange the rolls in a greased tray, coat them with oil and bake at 200 C for about 40 minutes.

Pie is tastiest when made with fresh apples. During baking, they let their juice absorb the nuts. I put 5 spoons of sugar on each crust to taste, because the apples are more sour. Sugar can be reduced to taste. She is perfect!
