Pie with apples - a great recipe!
Pie with apples, ingredients:
- 500g of thin pie crusts
- 6 apples (2 Ajdar, 2 Bitter Smith, 2 Golden Delicious)
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 100 g of melted butter
- 100 g of crystal sugar
- 10 g of cinnamon
- 10 g of vanilla sugar
- 30 g of raisins
- 50 g breadcrumbs
Approximate preparation time 90 minutes.
Pie with apples, preparation:
- for the filling, clean and chop the apples
- add juice of 1/2 lemon
- add granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon
- unite all
- layer the crusts alternately and cover with butter
- sprinkle the last crust with breadcrumbs
- spread 1/2 of the filling evenly
- fold the crusts, spread them with butter and roll them up
- transfer the pie to a baking sheet
- repeat the procedure with the crusts and sprinkle with breadcrumbs
- add raisins to the remaining filling (if someone doesn't like raisins, you have two versions of the pie, with and without raisins)
- spread the rolled pies in the pan with butter
- bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees C
