In the great space and kitchen of Hotel Zira in Belgrade, Bojan prepared a pie with pickled apples, sprinkled with crystal sugar and vanilla, according to the old recipe of his great-grandmother and grandmother, and we filmed it all.
Pie with sour apples sprinkled with crystal sugar and vanilla, ingredients:
- 600 g of flour
- 1 kg of pickled homemade apples
- 1/4 of a small package of fresh yeast
- 125 g of butter
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 1 bag of cinnamon
- a bit of salt
