Pie with potatoes and zucchini.
Potato and zucchini pie, ingredients:
- 500 g pie crust
- 500 g potatoes (peeled)
- 300 g zucchini (peeled)
- 2 onions
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of dry herbal spice
- a little oil
- some pepper
- 100 ml of sour water
- 50 ml of oil
Pie with potatoes and zucchini, preparation:
- Clean the potato, zucchini and onion, grate and fry in a little oil.
- Salt, season and pepper.
- Mix oil and sour water.
- Separate 3 crusts for one roll.
- Put two spoonfuls of the mixture of oil and sour water on the first crust, and spread it on the second one. Put 5 spoons of filling on the third crust.
- Roll up the rolls and place them in a tray greased with oil or lined with baking paper.
- Coat the rolls with a mixture of oil and sour water.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes in an oven heated to 180 C.
