Pie with potatoes and zucchini.

Potato and zucchini pie, ingredients:

  • 500 g pie crust
  • 500 g potatoes (peeled)
  • 300 g zucchini (peeled)
  • 2 onions
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of dry herbal spice
  • a little oil
  • some pepper
  • 100 ml of sour water
  • 50 ml of oil

Pie with potatoes and zucchini, preparation:

  • Clean the potato, zucchini and onion, grate and fry in a little oil.
  • Salt, season and pepper.
  • Mix oil and sour water.
  • Separate 3 crusts for one roll.
  • Put two spoonfuls of the mixture of oil and sour water on the first crust, and spread it on the second one. Put 5 spoons of filling on the third crust.
  • Roll up the rolls and place them in a tray greased with oil or lined with baking paper.
  • Coat the rolls with a mixture of oil and sour water.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes in an oven heated to 180 C.
  • Pleasant!
