Pie with potatoes - I added three hazelnut leaves to the pie, chopped them finely.

Why exactly three? For me, hazelnut has magical powers.

I always put flowers next to the picture of the finished dish. I got these flowers from a friend, thank you. This time the manuscript is mine, I wrote the book "I will return mother". It is a story of time travel, betrayal, tragedy, lies, and timeless love. It's all for nothing if you're not human.

Pie with potatoes, ingredients:

  • 400 ml of water,
  • 600 g of flour,
  • 2 tablespoons oil or fat, melted
  • 6 medium potatoes,
  • 1 large onion,
  • so,
  • pepper and
  • lard or oil.

Pie with potatoes, preparation:

  • Knead the dough from water, flour, oil and a little salt, so that it does not stick to your hands.
  • Divide the dough into two parts and leave it covered to rest on a floured surface. You can leave the dough in the fridge all night.
  • During this time, peel the potatoes, grate them, finely chop the onion and add salt as desired. Shape the first half of the dough into a circle and coat it with fat from above and let it rest. Do the same with the other half of the dough.
  • After half an hour, roll out the first half of the dough on a tablecloth, put chopped onions in the pan, fry a little and add diced potatoes, salt, pepper and fry a little.
  • Spread on the crust and roll up. I do not spread the potatoes over the entire surface, but only on one end and roll them up. Place the rolled dough in a greased, I used a round pan.
  • Do the same with the second half of the dough.
  • Brush the top with two tablespoons of lard.
  • Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 200 C until golden brown.
  • Serve with yogurt or sour milk.
