Pie with mayonnaise and spinach.
Peels:
- 12 tablespoon flour
- 1 glass of yogurt
- 150 g of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- so
- 2 pieces of egg

- 700 g of spinach
- 300 g of cheese
- 2 pieces of egg
- so
Peels:
- In a suitable bowl, beat eggs until foamy, add mayonnaise, yogurt and oil. Add salt to taste and mix everything well. Gradually add flour mixed with baking soda and mix until the mixture becomes homogeneous (due to the mayonnaise, the mixture is thinner.)

- Wash, clean and briefly blanch the spinach. Drain the cooked spinach from excess water and chop finely. In a deep dish, beat eggs until foamy, add cheese and spinach, and add salt to taste.
- Pour half of the prepared mixture for the crust on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and then spread the spinach and cheese filling. Pour the remaining mixture over it and bake in a preheated oven at 200C for about 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Cut the cooled pie into bars and serve.
