Pie with honey, ingredients:
- Universal pie dough - 1 kg of flour,
- 1/2 l of water (the dough is kneaded with lukewarm water in winter and cold water in summer) i

For coating you need:
- honey and
- 200 g of raisins.
Pie with honey, preparation:
- Add salt to the flour, slowly pour water, stirring constantly, to get a soft dough. It has to be well made.
- Divide into 4 parts, then make each part well on a board sprinkled with flour. Use your hand to spread the pieces of dough into a thick bun, coat each one with oil or grease, then cover them with a cloth and leave them in a warm room to rest for thirty minutes.
- The loose buns are stretched by hand and fingers - they are stretched at the ends, to get a bigger circle, and then they are spread out on the tablecloth.
- Separate the ends slightly and make the 5th bun.
- The dough is sprinkled with lukewarm honey, 2 to 3 spoons.
- Scatter the raisins over the peel.
- Using a tablecloth, roll up the pie.
- Water and oil are mixed in a small bowl and the finished dough is sprayed before baking.
- Bake in a very hot oven at 200 degrees.
- The baked pie is sprinkled with lukewarm water and covered with a cloth to stand.
