Pie with meat - burek pie, light and delicious..

  • 500 g pie crust
  • 300 g of minced meat
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 150 ml of water (or sour water)
  • 1 tablespoons of oil
  • so
  • 1 piece of egg
  • oil (a little)
  1. Fry and sauté the minced meat in a little oil for about 5 minutes. Salt, add spice. When it cools down, add beaten egg and baking powder. Put a spoonful of oil in the water and stir.
  2. In a pan (size 28 cm), greased or lined with baking paper, put the crust, then a spoonful of water and oil mixture. Then another crust and a mixture of water and oil. Crumple the two crusts and put them in the pan next to each other and put the filling on top. Then one spread crust, then a mixture of water and oil, two more crumpled, then the filling. Repeat the process until the material is used up. Finish the pie as it began, with two expanded crusts sprinkled with a mixture of water and oil.
  3. Beat the egg, pour over the pie. Bake for about 40 minutes in an oven heated to 180 C. Leave the roast to cool, cut and serve. Pleasant!
  4. You can put a little more meat, up to 500 g, and a head of onion that you would fry with the meat (I don't put it because I prefer it without onions).
