Meat pie.
Pie with meat, ingredients:
- 500 g pie crust
For the filling:
- 500 g of minced pork,
- so,
- 1 onion,
- chopped parsley
- oil,
- pepper.
For the yogurt mass:
- 4 eggs,
- ½ l yogurt,
- so,
- 3 spoons of semolina and
- 1 bag of baking powder,
Pie with meat, preparation:
- Sauté the onion and minced meat in oil.
- Add seasoning salt, parsley leaf, pepper.
- Prepare the yogurt mass: beat the egg whites and yolks, add yogurt, salt, semolina and baking powder and mix everything well.
- Put 2 crusts in the pan, coat with yogurt mixture.
- Put 2 crusts again, coat with yogurt mass and put part of the filling.
- Repeat until everything is used up, and at the end, coat the yogurt with the mass and bake at 200 degrees until golden brown, about 35 minutes.
