Meat pie.

Pie with meat, ingredients:

  • 500 g pie crust

For the filling:

  • 500 g of minced pork,
  • so,
  • 1 onion,
  • chopped parsley
  • oil, 
  • pepper.

For the yogurt mass:

  • 4 eggs,
  • ½ l yogurt,
  • so,
  • 3 spoons of semolina and
  • 1 bag of baking powder,

Pie with meat, preparation:

  • Sauté the onion and minced meat in oil.
  • Add seasoning salt, parsley leaf, pepper.
  • Prepare the yogurt mass: beat the egg whites and yolks, add yogurt, salt, semolina and baking powder and mix everything well.
  • Put 2 crusts in the pan, coat with yogurt mixture.
  • Put 2 crusts again, coat with yogurt mass and put part of the filling.
  • Repeat until everything is used up, and at the end, coat the yogurt with the mass and bake at 200 degrees until golden brown, about 35 minutes.
