Buckwheat crusted meat pie.
- 0,5 kg of buckwheat husks
- 250 g of ground beef
- 250 g of minced pork
- 1 piece of leek (larger)
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 250 g of small cheese
- 5 pieces of eggs

- 1 teaspoon of spice mix
- ground black pepper
- Cut the leek into rings and fry in a little oil.
- Add both types of meat, salt, pepper and put a teaspoon of spices. Simmer until the meat becomes loose.
- Beat the eggs until foamy, add yogurt and sour cream and finally cheese.
- Oil a baking sheet, put one crust, spray it with oil, then put a little meat on top of it.
- Cover with eggs, cover with the next crust and repeat the process as long as you have material. Pour the rest of the eggs over the back crust.
- Bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Remove, cool slightly, cut into cubes and serve.
