Pie with meat - a very tasty pie that can be lunch, snack and dinner.
- 600 g pie crust
- 300 g of minced meat
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- pepper (little)
- salt (little)
For topping:
- 4 eggs
- 2 dl oil
- 2 dl of sour water
- 1 teaspoon of dry herbal spice
- Fry a finely chopped onion in a little oil. Add minced meat and spices. Fry for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and add to the cooled egg mixture, stir.
- Divide the pie crust into three parts and the filling into two parts.
- Arrange one third of the crust in the baking tray and cover with half of the filling. Add the second half of the dough, then the filling again and the third third of the crust.
- First beat the egg whites with a mixer, then add the egg yolk, oil, sour water and vegetables. Mix gently.
- Cut the pie into cubes and cover with the prepared dressing. It is best to make the pie in the evening for the morning or vice versa.
- The topped pie must sit for the topping to soak into the back crust.
- Bake at 200 C until golden brown.
