Pie with walnuts - you can also make the pie with poppy seeds, but for me it is tastier with walnuts!

Pie with walnuts - Ivana Pešić
- 20 pie crusts
- filling:
- 5 eggs
- 200 ml of yogurt
- 200 ml sour milk
- 2 cups of yogurt oil
- 3 cups of sugar
- 300 g of ground walnuts
- 1 baking powder
- 1 vanilla sugar
- Whip the filling from the listed ingredients. Separate 5 crusts, arrange them one on top of the other and coat each one with a thin layer of prepared filling and roll up. Make 3 more rolls from the remaining crusts and arrange them in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Coat the rolls with the remaining filling and set aside
- to stand for 2 hours, then bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
