Pie with walnuts, ingredients:
For the dough:
- 1 cup for white coffee grits,
- 1 cup for white coffee with milk,
- 1 whole egg,
- 1 cup for white coffee sugar,
- 7 tablespoon of oil,
- 2 bars of grated chocolate,
- 1 baking powder,
- 1 white coffee cup of ground walnuts,
- grated lemon and orange peel,
- jam for coating over baked crust.
For topping:
- 3 whole eggs.
- 150 grams of sugar and add half of the margarine and steam until well cooked.
- Pour hot over the cooled cake.
For sprinkling:
- ground walnuts
Pie with walnuts, preparation:
- Put the semolina and milk in a bowl and let it stand for half an hour so that the semolina absorbs the milk.
- In a separate bowl, put: 1 whole egg, 1 cup of sugar and 7 tablespoons of oil and mix with a mixer.
- Add 2 bars of grated chocolate, 1 baking powder, 1 cup of ground walnuts, grate lemon and orange peel to taste and mix everything again.
- Add semolina in milk to the resulting mixture and mix well.
- Pour the resulting mixture into a greased and floured baking dish and bake at 200 degrees until it starts to separate from the pan.
- Spread a thin layer of apricot jam on the baked crust while still hot.
Topping: beat 3 whole eggs with 150 grams of sugar and add half of the margarine and steam until cooked well. Pour hot over the cooled cake. Sprinkle with walnuts.
