Pie with leeks - Kristina Gašpar - Recipes and Cookbook online

Pie with leeks was created based on the principle of what was found in the kitchen. Nothing new and unprecedented, less eggs, more yogurt, plus or minus other ingredients. Pie, projara, whatever suits you, but the taste is promising provided that you are a fan of leeks and peppers.

Pie with leeks, ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1,5 cup yogurt
  • 0,5 cups of oil
  • 1 cups plain flour
  • 1/2 cup corn grits
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 small leek waist
  • 200 g of hard cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

*If you use homemade cornmeal, use flour instead of semolina. Domestic corn flour is usually not sifted.
** The recommended amount of leeks is about 100 g
*** The cup is 2 dl

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

  • Whisk the liquid ingredients, add the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • At the end, add finely chopped leeks and crumbled cheese.
  • Mix gently.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased and floured pan with a diameter of approx. 26 cm and bake in a heated oven at 200-220 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  • Adjust the amount of pepper to taste.
  • If you ask me, leeks and pepper are compatible and the pie tastes great when there is a little more pepper, about 1 level teaspoon.
  • In my opinion, the pie is more beautiful when it is thinner.
