Pie with leeks.

Pie with leeks, ingredients:

  • 500 g of flour,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1 tablespoon of fat i
  • lukewarm water .

For the filling:

  • 300 g of cheese,
  • 3 eggs and
  • 3 large leeks.

Pie with leek, preparation:

  • A teaspoon of salt, a little fat (1 spoon) is added to half a kilogram of flour and a medium-hard dough is mixed with lukewarm water.
  • Shape the dough into two balls, stretch them slightly with a rolling pin, coat them with grease and leave them to rest for about half an hour.
  • During this time, make a filling of cheese, eggs, chopped leeks and a little salt.
  • Place a tablecloth on the table, lightly flour it and roll out the dough, tear off the ends.
  • Fill the dough, take a spoon and spread the filling on the crust with the help of a tablecloth, roll up the crust.
  • Grease the pan, put the pie in the heated oven and bake until golden brown.
