Pie with leeks, ingredients:
- 500 g of flour,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 tablespoon of fat i
- lukewarm water .
For the filling:
- 300 g of cheese,
- 3 eggs and
- 3 large leeks.
Pie with leek, preparation:
- A teaspoon of salt, a little fat (1 spoon) is added to half a kilogram of flour and a medium-hard dough is mixed with lukewarm water.
- Shape the dough into two balls, stretch them slightly with a rolling pin, coat them with grease and leave them to rest for about half an hour.
- During this time, make a filling of cheese, eggs, chopped leeks and a little salt.
- Place a tablecloth on the table, lightly flour it and roll out the dough, tear off the ends.
- Fill the dough, take a spoon and spread the filling on the crust with the help of a tablecloth, roll up the crust.
- Grease the pan, put the pie in the heated oven and bake until golden brown.
