Cheese pie.
For the crusts:
- 1 kg of flour
- 100 ml of oil
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 500 ml water (lukewarm)
For the filling:
- 1 kg of young cheese
- 4 eggs
- salt (to taste)
- Knead a fine, smooth dough from the above ingredients and divide it into six dumplings. Spread each noodle with oil and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
- While the noodles are resting, make the filling. Mash the cheese, add salt to taste, add eggs and mix everything.
- When the dough has rested, roll out the noodles. Place the prepared cheese filling along the very edge of the noodles.
- Bake at 250 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with yogurt, sour milk, or kefir, whatever you like. Pleasant lunch.
