Cheese pie.

For the crusts:

  • 1 kg of flour
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • 500 ml water (lukewarm)

For the filling:

  • 1 kg of young cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • salt (to taste)
  1. Knead a fine, smooth dough from the above ingredients and divide it into six dumplings. Spread each noodle with oil and leave to rest for 30 minutes.

  2. While the noodles are resting, make the filling. Mash the cheese, add salt to taste, add eggs and mix everything.

  3. When the dough has rested, roll out the noodles. Place the prepared cheese filling along the very edge of the noodles.

  4. Bake at 250 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with yogurt, sour milk, or kefir, whatever you like. Pleasant lunch.
