Pie with cheese and nettle.
Pie with cheese and nettle, ingredients:
- 500 g pie crust
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 200 ml of yogurt
- 150 ml of sour water
- 70 ml of oil
- 300 g of cheese
- 100 g nettle
Pie with cheese and nettle, preparation:
- Wash the nettle, clean it, soak it in boiling water for a few minutes, drain it, cool it and cut it into small pieces. Shred the cheese with a fork. Beat the eggs with a mixer. Add salt, yogurt, oil, sour water and cheese. Mix it up.
- Cover the pan with baking paper.
- Put two crusts on the bottom, separate two for the middle and two for the top. Knead the remaining crusts for dipping in the filling. Leave 3-4 tablespoons of the filling for coating the complex pie. Arrange: two crusts on the bottom, over 4-5 dipped in filling, nettle, again two dry flat ones, then 4-5 crumpled and dipped in filling, nettle and two flat dry crusts on top.
- Poke with a knife in several places, put the remaining filling on top and spread it.
- Bake for about 40 minutes in an oven heated to 200 C.
- Cover the baked pie with a napkin to cool a little.
- Serve warm with a salad or with yogurt or sour milk. Pleasant!
