Pie with cheese and zucchini, ingredients:

  • 500 g pie crust
  • 300 g zucchini (peeled)
  • 300 g of small cheese
  • 180 g of sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 100 ml of sour water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Pie with cheese and zucchini, preparation:

  1. Peel the zucchini, clean, grate, salt and leave for half an hour to soften and release the liquid. Beat eggs, add cheese and sour cream and mix. Drain the zucchini well and mix into the filling. Pour the oil and sour water into a small bowl and mix.
  2. Grease the pan in which the pie will be baked and stack the pie by sprinkling each crust with a mixture of oil and water, and applying the filling to each other. Just spray the last two crusts with oil and water.

  3. Bake for about 40 minutes in an oven heated to 200C. During baking, reduce the temperature (to 150C).

  4. Cut the cooled pie and serve it with yogurt or sour milk. Pleasant!
