Pie with cheese and nettles.

Pie with cheese and nettles, ingredients:

  • 500 g of flour,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1 tablespoon of fat i
  • lukewarm water.

For the filling:

  • 300 g of cheese,
  • 3 eggs and
  • about 20 nettle leaves.

Pie with cheese and nettles, preparation:

  • Add a teaspoon of salt, a little fat (1 tablespoon) to half a kilogram of flour and knead a medium-hard dough with lukewarm water.
  • Shape the dough into two balls, roll out a little with a rolling pin, coat with grease and leave to rest for about half an hour.
  • During this time, make a filling of cheese, eggs, chopped young nettles and a little salt. Put a tablecloth on the table, lightly flour it and roll out the dough, tear off the ends.
  • Fill the dough, spread the filling on the crust with a spoon, and roll up the crust with the help of a tablecloth.
  • Grease the pan, put the pie in the heated oven and bake until golden brown.
