Pie with plums and chocolate - Slađana Šćekić
- 500 g pie crust
- 1 kg of plums from the freezer
- 8 spoon of sugar
- 100 g of grated chocolate
- To coat the crust:
- 1 dl yogurt (cup)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 bag of baking powder
- Divide the crusts into four, then coat each crust with the filling for coating the crust, put two spoons on each crust and spread with a brush over the entire crust.
- Coat three crusts like this, and sprinkle quartered plums on the fourth crust, two spoons of sugar and two spoons of grated chocolate over the plums.
- Roll the crust into a roll. Arrange the finished filled crusts in a baking tray and bake at 200 degrees C for 30 minutes.
