Pie with plums.
Pie with plums, ingredients:
For the dough
- 200 g of butter
- 1 piece of egg
- 200 g of powdered sugar
- 300 g of flour
- 0,5 bags of baking powder
For filling
- 2 pieces of egg
- 5 spoon of sugar
- 360 ml of yogurt
And more
- 200 g of sugar
- 8 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- 1 kg of plums
Pie with plums, preparation:
- For the dough, mix butter and egg and then add powdered sugar. Combine flour and baking powder and knead the dough.
- Wrap the prepared dough in stretchy foil and leave it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
- Mix eggs and sugar and add yogurt.
- Take the dough out of the fridge and use a rolling pin to roll it out to a diameter of 30-32 cm.
- Transfer the dough to the mold and spread the plum halves over it.
- Pour the prepared filling.
- Spread the mixed breadcrumbs and sugar over the filling.
- Bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees for about 50 minutes. Cool the cake, then cut and serve.
