Cherry pie.
Pie with cherries, ingredients:
- 12 sheets of thin crust, i.e. about 500 grams of bark,
- 400-500 g of split cherries (pitted cherries).
File:
- 3 eggs,
- 2 cups yogurt,
- a cup of oil.
Equalize the parts, then separate one cup, then add:
- 3 cups sugar,
- 1 cup semolina,
- 1 baking powder,
- 1 vanilla sugar.
To sprinkle on the cherries:
- 3 spoons of sugar and
- 3 spoons of semolina.
Pie with cherries, preparation:
- Take 4 crusts and coat the crust with filling, repeat 3 times. Don't put the filling on the fourth one, but put the cherries on it. Sprinkle with a little sugar and semolina and roll into a roll.
- Preparation Place 3 ores in a pan, cover everything with the mixture from the cup and bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees, until golden brown, that is, for about 35 minutes.
