Pie with cherry and chocolate - Suzana Mitić
- 500 g pie crust
- g about 250 sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 400 g of cherries
- 50 g of chocolate
- 2 dl oil
- 50 g semolina
- Three crusts are twisted into one roll. Put one crust, sprinkle it with sugar and oil - 2 level spoons of sugar and 2 level spoons of oil. Place the second crust, but so that a third of the crust is outside the first crust.
- Place the third crust over the first crust. Sprinkle it with a little sugar and a little oil.
- Put cherries, sprinkle with sugar, put a spoonful of semolina and chop some chocolate.
- This pie can also be made with apples and cinnamon. It's an ideal combination.
- Twist into a roll, but while twisting the pie, you tighten the crust, so that it is tighter. Cut into desired pieces of pie.
- Repeat the process until you use up all the skins. Arrange in a tray. Coat each cake with a little oil and sprinkle it with sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Bake at 200 C for 10-15 minutes, until it takes on a golden-yellow color.
