  • 500 g of buckwheat husks
  • 200 g of millet
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of dill
  • 600 g Swiss chard (spinach or nettle)
  • so
  • cold pressed sunflower oil
  1. Wash the millet in three waters. Put in three times as much water with a little salt. Cook for 15 minutes and set aside to cool.
  2. During this time, chop the Swiss chard and lightly sauté the Swiss chard in three tablespoons of oil. Lightly salt, add garlic, parsley, dill, 1 dcl of water and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix with millet and mix well.
  3. In a glass, mix 3 tablespoons of oil with one dcl of water and coat each crust with it. Add the filling evenly, wrap the pie and so on until all the filling is used up. Bake for 20 minutes at a medium temperature of 190 to 200C. Sprinkle the baked pie with a little water and cover with a cloth for 5 minutes.
  4. It can be served both cold and warm.
