Drinks with leeks - Tatjana Stojanović
Excellent breakfast
- 500 g of pie crust
- 2 leeks (finely chopped)
- 450 g of small cheese
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 30 g sesame
- Finely chop the leek.
Pour the oil into the pan and add the leeks.
Fry for about five minutes. - Leave aside to cool a little.
Mix cheese, salt, two eggs and cooled leeks.
Take one crust, spread it with a little filling and roll it into a roll. - Fold the roll into small balls.
Repeat the process as long as there is material. - Arrange the prawns in a pan, coat them with one beaten egg and sprinkle with a little sesame.
Put it to bake in a heated oven.
