Drinks with cheese - Dana Drobnjak
Drinks with cheese - ideal for breakfast or dinner.
- 1 dcl of milk
- 2 dcl of water
- 1 spoon of dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoons of oil
- 500 g of flour
To charge:
- 200 g of cheese (feta or small cheese)
- 100 g of grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley or 2 green onions
- Put 1 tablespoon of yeast and 1 teaspoon of sugar in lukewarm water and milk. Let stand for 5 minutes, then add oil, salt and flour. Knead the dough and let it rise.
- During this time, make the filling for the pies: Grate the cheese, add grated cheese and chopped parsley or green onion.
- Make the resulting dough and divide it into 8 balls.
- Spread the balls with a rolling pin and place 2 tablespoons of cheese in the middle.
- Join the ends with your fingers towards the center of the circle.
- Roll out each dough ball filled with cheese to a diameter of 14-15 cm with a rolling pin.
- Leave to stand until the oil in the pan is heated
- Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan, heat it (I use part 2 of the possible 3), put the bread and fry on one and the other side until they are nicely browned.
- When we fry on one side and turn over to the other side, the drinks will be inflated with air. Press gently with a spatula to blow out the air so that they are evenly baked.
- For each drink, add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan.
