Drinks with cheese - ideal for breakfast or dinner.

  • 1 dcl of milk
  • 2 dcl of water
  • 1 spoon of dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoons of oil
  • 500 g of flour

To charge:

  • 200 g of cheese (feta or small cheese)
  • 100 g of grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley or 2 green onions
  1. Put 1 tablespoon of yeast and 1 teaspoon of sugar in lukewarm water and milk. Let stand for 5 minutes, then add oil, salt and flour. Knead the dough and let it rise.
  2. During this time, make the filling for the pies: Grate the cheese, add grated cheese and chopped parsley or green onion.
  3. Make the resulting dough and divide it into 8 balls.
  4. Spread the balls with a rolling pin and place 2 tablespoons of cheese in the middle.
  5. Join the ends with your fingers towards the center of the circle.
  6. Roll out each dough ball filled with cheese to a diameter of 14-15 cm with a rolling pin.
  7. Leave to stand until the oil in the pan is heated
  8. Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan, heat it (I use part 2 of the possible 3), put the bread and fry on one and the other side until they are nicely browned.
  9. When we fry on one side and turn over to the other side, the drinks will be inflated with air. Press gently with a spatula to blow out the air so that they are evenly baked.
  10. For each drink, add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan.
