Breweries with walnuts.
Brewers with walnuts, ingredients:
- 800 g of flour,
- 4 dl of oil,
- 2 dl of beer
- 1 bag of baking powder,
- 350 g of sugar
- 2 dl of water,
- 500 g of walnuts and
- 3 vanilla sugar.
Pivarice with walnuts, preparation:
- Mix flour and baking powder, add oil, beer and knead the dough. Let the dough rest for about one hour.
- During this time, cook the sugar syrup by boiling the water, sugar and vanillin sugar on low heat for about 10 minutes, after boiling (to get a slightly thicker syrup) and leave to cool.
- If desired, make something like crescents, rolls or balls from the dough and arrange them in a tray. I made something similar to rolls.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about thirty minutes. Be careful not to overcook them, they should remain white.
- Take them out, put them in the syrup, and then roll them in walnuts.
