Pivčići - Slađana Šćekić

Pivčići.

  • 2 dl of beer
  • 2 dl oil
  • 600 g flour
  • 1 pastry
  • 2 spoons of cocoa
  • 100 g of walnuts

Topping:

  • 650 g of sugar
  • 5 dl of water
  • 2 vanilla sugars
  1. Before kneading the dough, first cook the sugar topping (5 min.) and let it cool.

  2. Knead the dough from beer, flour, pastry and oil. Divide the kneaded dough in half and add 2 spoons of cocoa to one part.

  3. Separate four balls from the white part, repeat the same with the dark part.
  4. Develop one white part and one dark part, then put the peels on top of each other and develop a little more.
  5. Then cut into triangles (into 16 parts). Put half a walnut on each part and roll it into a roll.

  6. Bake at 180 C for 15 min.

  7. Roll the baked pivčići through the dressing, then into the coconut or ground walnuts.
