Beer rolls - loose, quick and tasty rolls.

  • 1 glass of beer (a glass is 2 dl)
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 4 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • jam (optional)
  • powdered sugar (optional)
  • 2 sachets of vanilla
  1. In a mixing bowl, put 2 glasses of flour, pastry, oil, beer and one bag of vanilla, then mix everything with a mixer (with a dough attachment), gradually adding the rest of the flour. After that, start kneading with your hands until the dough becomes compact and smooth.

  2. Let it stand for ten minutes (optional), then divide it into several balls, depending on how many rolls you want. Roll out each ball with a rolling pin and cut it into 8 triangles. Put a little jam on each triangle, roll it up and place it on an oiled baking sheet. Do the same with the remaining balls.

  3. Bake the rolls at 230 degrees. about 20-25 min. (depending on the oven). Make sure they stay pale in color. Roll each baked roll in powdered sugar flavored with 1 sachet of vanilla.
