During hot days, we prefer not to put anything in our mouths. However, who thinks so pizza blank not the right choice?

It doesn't always have to be "difficult", just follow the Italians and you'll soon understand. This is one of the real summer varieties of pizza, it is very easy to make, and it will keep you full for a long time, because it is full of healthy ingredients.

Except for one. But we're not going to be petty, are we?

ingredients:

For the dough:

  • 1 1/8 cups of lukewarm water
  • 3 teaspoons of fresh yeast
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For the filling:

  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of grated nutmeg
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated fontina cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 7 cubes of blue cheese
  • a handful of freshly picked herbs: oregano, basil, rosemary, frankincense

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

  • In a large bowl, mix the water, yeast and olive oil. Leave it for 10 minutes to rise.
  • In another bowl, mix flour, salt and add yeast. Combine the mixture and knead it with your hands. You need to get an elastic dough, but not hard. Shape it into a ball and cover with a spoonful of olive oil. Let it stand covered with a cloth for 1 to 1 and a half.
  • After the dough has risen, transfer it to a work surface and knead it. Stretch it out, and then let it rest for another 10 minutes. Cover it with a cloth.
  • Heat the oven to the highest temperature, and in the meantime, while it is heating, you prepare the filling. Just 5 minutes is enough to keep the dough without the filling in the oven so that it browns a little.
  • Sprinkle all the ingredients on the dough and put it in the oven. Put the spices at the very end of baking.
  • Bake the dough for another 10 minutes and your summer lunch is ready! Pizza in just 20 minutes is now a meal for the whole family.
  • Leave it to cool a little before cutting it, and serve it with a glass of good wine.
