Pizza with apples - Pizza... And with apples! Perfect! The dough is soft, the filling is creamy, everything smells like apples, everything smells like autumn.

You need for the dough:

  • 1 piece of egg
  • 2 dl of milk
  • 1 dl of water
  • 20 g of yeast
  • 0,5 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • 450 g of flour

Required for the crust:

  • 1 piece of egg
  • 50 g of margarine
  • 4 spoons of sugar
  • 0,5 bags of baking powder
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 170 g of flour

It is necessary for the cream:

  • 500 ml of water (where the apples were boiled)
  • 500 ml of sweet cream
  • 2 bags of vanilla pudding
  • 3 pieces of apple
  • 1 piece of lemon juice
  • cinnamon (optional)
  • powdered sugar (optional)
  1. Wash the apples and cut them in half.
  2. You don't need to peel them, they look perfect with the skin after baking.
  3. Clean them from the seeds and thinly cut them into slices.
  4. Immediately put them in water, squeeze the lemon juice so that they don't turn black.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. It is enough to boil for 2 minutes to soften a little so that they can be twisted.
  8. Remove from the heat, remove the apples with a slotted spoon and let cool.
  9. Crumble the yeast, add lukewarm milk, sugar, water and 5 spoons of flour.
  10. Let the yeast rise for 5 minutes.
  11. Then add egg, baking powder, salt and knead the dough.
  12. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
  13. Roll out the resulting dough with a rolling pin in the form of a rectangle as thin as possible.
  14. Cut the dough into 4 cm strips with a rolling pin.
  15. Arrange the apples on each strip, one next to the other but so that one end of the apple covers the other.
  16. A little apple should stick out of the dough.
  17. Now roll the ribbon together with the apples.
  18. Repeat the process until you use up all the apples.
  19. Leave all the apples and dough roses aside to rise a bit until you make the cream.
  20. Put water and cream to heat slowly.
  21. Mix the pudding with a little water and slowly pour it into the hot milk.
  22. Reduce the temperature and mix for 2-3 minutes until the cream thickens.
  23. Leave the pudding to cool until you make the crust.
  24. Mash the margarine with a fork, add sugar, egg, baking powder, vanilla sugar and knead the dough with flour.
  25. Coat the baking mold with oil with a pastry brush and shape the crust with your hands.
  26. Wet your hand with water so that the dough does not stick.
  27. Spread it on the bottom of the pan and slightly raise the edges on the sides.
  28. Pour the whole filling.
  29. Flatten it with a knife.
  30. Arrange the apple roses on the batter of your choice.
  31. You can make more roses to cover the entire surface of the pizza.
  32. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C until golden brown.
  33. If desired, sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
  34. Pleasant.
It may seem complicated, but it is quickly made and each step is self-imposed. Pizza with apples is a flavor that is about to be on our tables this fall and winter. Try it! Take advantage of the wealth of autumn and enjoy the flavors.
