Pizza with cheese - wonderful, fragrant.

  • 300 grams of flour (sifted)
  • 1 glass of water (lukewarm, 1,5 dcl.)
  • 15 grams of yeast (raw)
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar (white, 5 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (fine sea salt, 3 grams)
  • 100 milliliters of ketchup (or tomato juice)
  • 100 grams of salami (chicken or lil parisier)
  • 150 grams of mozzarella (or any other cheese that stretches)
  • 1 teaspoon oregano (or Italian seasoning blend, 3 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons oil (olive)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for greasing)
  • 3 basil leaves (or mint for decoration)
  1. Dissolve the yeast with water and sugar and leave it aside. Add salt, olive oil and preparatory water with yeast to the sifted flour. Knead the dough, cover with a cloth and let it double in volume. Knead the resulting dough, divide it into two parts and roll it out so that it exceeds the size of the pan (pan). Coat the pan with olive oil and transfer the dough, spread with half of the prepared ketchup and sprinkle with oregano.

  2. Arrange the salami rings, then sprinkle generously with the mozzarella (or other shredded, spreadable cheese). When you have filled the pizza, bend the ends that cross the edge of the tray inward, and coat them in a thin layer with ketchup.

  3. Leave the prepared pizza aside and in the meantime preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Bake the pizza in a well-heated oven for 15 minutes in the lower part of the oven.
  4. Take the baked pizza out of the oven and decorate with basil or mint leaves... Enjoy.

This amount is enough for two pizzas and everything should be divided into two. But again it depends on the size of the pan, so in that case judge for yourself.
