Tuna pizza - ideal for fasting days, when we need something a little stronger. In addition, tuna is very healthy, so it should be included more often, as one of the favorite foods.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 400 grams of flour
  • 20 grams of fresh yeast
  • 50 ml water (lukewarm)
  • 50 ml of sour water
  • 50 ml of beer
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 1 piece of tuna (canned)
  • 100 g of cheese (fast)
  • ketchup (if needed)
  • oils (if needed)
  • oregano (optional)
  1. Crush the yeast, add a teaspoon of sugar and two teaspoons of flour and dissolve in 50 ml of lukewarm water. Place the flour in the mixing bowl and add salt. Make an indentation in the flour, then add the added yeast, then the rest of the ingredients for the dough, beer and sour water. Knead a smooth dough and let it rise.
  2. Knead the risen dough and roll out a large crust with a rolling pin. Coat it with ketchup, sprinkle with oregano, and spread pieces of tuna and pieces of vegetable cheese over it. Sprinkle everything with grated low-fat cheese, pour over a spoonful of oil and bake in an oven heated to 200 C for about half an hour.
