Apple Tart - A great combination of apples, coconut and jam.

- 150 g of cheese
- 6 spoons of milk
- 6 tablespoons of oil
- 80 g of sugar
- vanilla
- 300 g of flour
- salt (little)
- 1 bag of baking powder
File:
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 120 g of sugar
- 150 g of marshmallows
- 100 g of coconut
- 3 pieces of apple
- jam
- Knead the dough from the listed ingredients for the dough. Spread it on a greased baking sheet.
- Mix 3 egg yolks with 80 g of sugar and add to the whipped cream. Mix in 70 g of coconut. Coat the dough. Clean the apples and cut them into thin pieces and arrange them over the filling. Bake for about 30 min. at 200 C degrees. Spread the baked cake with the warmed jam. Beat 3 egg whites with 40 g of sugar and add 30 g of coconut. Between the apples, decorate with a syringe, with egg white cream. Bake for another 10 min.
