Zucchini Burgers - Delicious vegetarian burgers that will make you want to eat healthy.
- 3 pieces of zucchini (medium size)
- 1 piece of egg
- so
- beaver
- breadcrumbs
- parsley
- garlic
- flour
- landing
- Peel and grate the zucchini coarsely. Add salt and leave for half an hour to drain.
- Drain the zucchini through a soup strainer, gauze or similar so that they are as dry as possible.
- Put them in a deep dish.
- Add the breadcrumbs so that the mass is not completely dry, but not too wet either. You can add a little more because the egg is also added, which I will add for moisture.
- Add pepper and parsley and garlic powder 2 spoons or pressed 2 cloves.
- Beat the egg with a fork and add to the mixture.
- Mix everything well with your hands to get a compact mass.
- If they are too sticky, shape them into patties with your hands and lightly roll both sides in flour.
- You should get 6 medium-sized burgers from this amount.
- Place on hot shallow oil one at a time. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
- They can be served both hot and cold, as an appetizer or main course.
- While they are still warm, sprinkle with parmesan cheese or some salty, finely grated cheese.
